Our Rental Agreements & Services

At ACE Events & Rentals, we are committed to providing a seamless and stress-free experience for every client. Our goal is to deliver premium event rentals while maintaining clear communication, transparency, and fairness throughout the rental process.

To help ensure every event runs smoothly, the following policies outline our service expectations, payment structure, and responsibilities related to rental equipment and services.

By booking with ACE Events & Rentals, clients agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve rental inventory for your event date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.
  • Rental items and services will not be confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of services or release of reserved inventory.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made to ACE Events & Rentals are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a booking is confirmed and inventory is reserved, the equipment and services are removed from availability for other clients.
  • Clients are encouraged to confirm event details prior to submitting payment to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Property Responsibility & Damage Waiver

Clients are responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery until the items are retrieved by ACE Events & Rentals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clients are fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage to rented equipment.
  • All items should be inspected upon delivery. Any damage or concerns must be reported immediately.
  • Rented items must only be used for their intended purpose.
  • Misuse of rental equipment may result in additional repair or replacement fees.
  • Items must remain in the original delivery location unless approved by the ACE Events team.

Indemnification

Clients agree to hold ACE Events & Rentals harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from the use, misuse, or installation of rented equipment during the event.

ACE Events & Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use of rental equipment after delivery.
